Financial Incentives Terms

KUIU Inner Circle Rewards (“KUIU Rewards”) is KUIU’s rewards program in which users earn points for purchase activities and become eligible for rewards such as gift cards, birthday discounts, special gifts at certain reward point levels, exclusive or early access to products, sales, and events, and free standard US shipping on certain orders. KUIU Rewards is free to all customers.

In connection with KUIU Rewards, we may offer the financial incentives and/or price or service differences (“Incentives”) to KUIU Rewards members based on points earned as further described on the KUIU Inner Circle Rewards page, in exchange for our use of KUIU Rewards Data (defined below).

To offer these Incentives, we must track the Personal Information you provide when you sign up for KUIU Inner Circle Rewards or engage in activities to earn points, such as contact information, purchase history and date of birth (“KUIU Rewards Data”). You can join KUIU Rewards here and you can withdraw from KUIU Rewards at any time by contacting us by emailing [email protected].

The value of KUIU Rewards Data to KUIU is calculated by determining the approximate additional spending of KUIU Rewards customers against the spending of individuals who are not enrolled in KUIU Rewards. The value of KUIU Rewards Data is reasonably related to the costs associated with offering the Incentives.
